As part of a client's customer profile, you have access to their sales/order YTD, sales/orders in the last 30 days, purchased package history, and last login/login frequency. This data enables you to build personalised offers, target frequent customers, and send discounts to customers who aren't engaging to entice them back.
Mailing lists are a great way to reach customers. You can use them in a number of ways, but here are a few ideas.
- Send personalised promotions (e.g. "we saw you booked X, here's 10% off a package deal)
- Update customers on new hires, expansions of coverage areas, upcoming changes, etc.
- Send seasonal discounts
- Target customers who aren't engaging frequently (e.g. we haven't seen you in a while, here's 10% off your next appointment)
