Nope. You can run MarketBox in a browser window on your desktop (we suggest Chrome) or download our app for Android or iPhone.
Absolutely! You can turn off provider agnostic booking and enable clients to select who performs their chosen service(s) from the available options in their area in your MarketBox settings.
Can I connect MarketBox to my practice management system, CRM, or other industry system?
Yes, MarketBox integrates with Zapier, enabling you to connect your MarketBox account to thousands of other apps and automate the flow of data between your systems. For custom solutions reach out to the team to discuss your options.
Can clients book more than one service at a time during the same appointment eg. vaccinations and a nail trim?
Yes, you can turn on the ability to book multiple services during one appointment in your MarketBox settings.
Is there a mobile app?
There sure is! The MarketBox provider mobile app enables your staff to access schedules, manage availability and travel zones, or edit their profile on the go.
If you have enabled the provider confirmation feature, providers can also accept or decline job requests via the app too.
