2019
The early days
MarketBox is born out of passion to solve a large pain point and a desire to help enterprises with mobile and field workers efficiently scale their businesses – we started building the platform from scratch.
2021
All-in-one platform launch
With a long waitlist of customers with similar frustrations eagerly anticipating the launch of MarketBox, the platform finally goes to market, and companies from a variety of industries begin using the system to solve their self-scheduling and route optimization needs.
2023
More features, more flexibility
MarketBox extends the mobile scheduling module with even more powerful functionality, including flexible travel zones, and launches the new Smart Clusters engine, comprising all our advanced scheduling features, and now forming the backbone of our technology.
2024
Opening up our most powerful tools
We begin offering our core technology, Smart Clusters, to a variety of enterprises that already have existing and often bespoke platforms, but need a way to add optimizations under the hood. We begin selling to franchisors, service marketplaces and enterprises to enhance their online bookings, and dispatcher scheduling and rescheduling tools.
2025
Plug & play tools for vertical SaaS
We start partnering with established vertical SaaS companies, who find themselves under pressure to build more robust scheduling tools for their client base. We begin offering plug-and-play components and algorithms to empower vertical SaaS enterprises to go to market quickly, with powerful enhancements to their own products, all in a white-label manner.
