"Provider agnostic" booking (where customers are automatically matched with a provider) is the default booking option, but you can turn this off to allow customers to choose who performs their chosen service.

With the default turned off, when a customer enters their location and selects the service(s) they want to book, the system will display a filtered list of providers, whose skills, location, and availabilty match the customer's requirements.

Your MarketBox subscription includes a variety of support options, so you're never left on your own. If you can't find an answer in our Help Center, a member of our team is always available to answer platform questions and help you find solutions.

In addition, we offer an onboarding process when you sign up, and have detailed user guides for both administrators and service providers that walk you through the MarketBox settings.

Currently, MarketBox works across the English-speaking world, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K.

In short, no! If you do have a website you can add a link to your MarketBox online booking flow anywhere on the site, but it works just as well as a stand-alone web presence or linked in your social media profiles.

You can also customize your booking flow to match your business's branding, so however they get to the page, your customers will know exactly who they're booking with.
