Can my students book with a specific instructor?

Absolutely, just create provider profiles for each of your instructors.

When a client enters their address, the system filters through active profiles and displays instructors who meet their criteria (location, skills, availability, service type). Clients can then book their chosen instructor at specific times and get instant confirmations.

Can I offer discounts for multiple bookings and lesson packages?

Yes! During setup, you can enable single, recurring, and/or package bookings and set prices for each. You can offer % or $ discounts on your chosen service packages, or create promo codes that customers can apply to their order.

Discounts for lesson packages are a great way to increase sales and boost revenue, so we highly recommend you give it a try.

Can clients pay for swim lessons at the time of booking?

Yes, MarketBox integrates with Stripe to offer secure credit and debit card payments online.

Additional charges, like equipment purchases, or lesson upgrades, can be manually added at any time. You can even give customers the option to tip instructors by charging their card on file in appointment follow up SMS messages.

Can my clients choose their teacher?

Absolutely! You can turn off provider agnostic booking and enable clients to select their teacher from the available options in their area in your MarketBox settings.

How can I help my clients choose the right teacher?

To help your clients choose the perfect teacher you have a number of options
- display client ratings on provider profiles
- allow staff to add skills and experience to their profile
- display response rates (if you have the provider confirmation feature turned on)

Can I connect MarketBox to my management system, CRM, or other industry system?

Yes, MarketBox integrates with Zapier, enabling you to connect your MarketBox account to thousands of other apps and automate the flow of data between your systems. For custom solutions reach out to the team to discuss your options.

Is there a mobile app?

There sure is! The MarketBox provider mobile app enables your staff to access schedules, manage availability and travel zones, or edit their profile on the go.

If you have enabled the provider confirmation feature, providers can also accept or decline booking requests via the app too.
