Can my patient choose who performs their service?

Absolutely! You can turn off provider agnostic booking and enable clients to select their service provider from the available options in their area in your MarketBox settings.

Can my patients's family book services on their behalf?

Yes, they can create an account for the client and do the booking, or create their own account and add the client's name in the booking notes.

Can I connect MarketBox to my practice management system, CRM, or other industry system?

Yes, MarketBox integrates with Zapier, enabling you to connect your MarketBox account to thousands of other apps and automate the flow of data between your systems. For custom solutions reach out to the team to discuss your options.

I need to collect additional information from patients during booking, is that possible?

If you need to collect additional information from clients (or their loved ones), you have three options:
1. Make it mandatory to fill out the client notes box during the booking flow and customize the prompt to request the necessary information.

2. Use MarketBox's Zapier integration to trigger a client onboarding workflow or form request email to be sent once their booking is confirmed.

3. Create a custom MarketBox email template for all new orders that include a questionaire to gather more informaiton.

Is there a mobile app?

There sure is! The MarketBox provider mobile app enables your staff to access schedules, manage availability and travel zones, or edit their profile on the go.

If you have enabled the provider confirmation feature, providers can also accept or decline booking requests via the app too.

Can patients book more than one service at a time during the same appointment?

Yes, you can turn on the ability to book multiple services during one appointment in your MarketBox settings.

Can I import existing patient data?

Absolutely! MarketBox integrates with other software solutions, so you can easily transfer existing patient data to our platform. If we don't have an integration set up already with the application of your choice, we're happy to work with you to get it integrated.

Do I need to be a licensed health practitioner to use MarketBox?

No, you do not need to be a licensed practitioner to use the MarketBox platform. You are, however, encouraged to show your practitioner license to patients if they ask for it.

Your providers also have the opportunity to display skills and qualifications to potential clients during the booking process (if desired) via Employee Profiles.
