How do I access my reports?

To access your reports, click on Admin in your MarketBox dashboard and select reports. From there, you can choose which one you'd like to view and export files if needed. To see more in-depth information on your customers, go to their customer profile to see data like booking history and login frequency.

What reports can I view?

Alongside customer information, you have access to reports on

- declined/expired bookings

Your dashboard home page also shows you your business's sales and orders for the day, month, and year.
