Yes, security is a top priority at MarketBox. In the Client Hub, you won't see the customer's card details, but as you have the option of updating their stored card, you will see the last 4 digits for the purpose of identification. All data is stored in accordance with the relevant compliance codes in the cardholder's country through the Stripe integration.

Each customer who creates an account has their data stored in your Client Hub. From there, you can see
- name
- email address
- sales and orders YTD
- sales and orders in the last 30 days
- contact information (phone, address, etc.)
- purchased packages
- when they last logged in
- total logins

You can also see the last 4 digits of the credit card stored on file for the purpose of identification.

A permalink is essentially a fancy word for a URL. Every time a new provider profile is added to your account, MarketBox generates a unique URL that, when clicked, takes the user straight to the provider's booking page. The main advantage is that is speeds up the checkout process for regular customers as they don't need to go through the provider selection process, they can skip immediately to availability.

Permalinks can also be used to highlight specific service providers in your email newsletters, shared on social media, or added to business cards for additional marketing opportunities.

Absolutely! You draft your own Terms of Service Agreement, so you can put whatever clauses you need to for your industry/business. All you need to do is upload it to your booking flow, and we'll make sure each client reads and agrees to it before confirming their booking.
