If a customer’s credit card information is expired, the admin will receive a notification via email that the transaction didn't go through.
There are 2 ways to update a credit card:
1) Customers can update their credit card information on their account
2) Admin can update a customer's credit account on their behalf
1) Customers can update their credit card information
1. Go To My Billing Info
2. Click Update Credit Card
3. Enter Credit Card Information
4. Click Save
2) Admins can update on behalf of the customer
1. Go to Customers
2. Search by Name
3. Click Credit Card
4. Enter Credit Card Information
5. Click Save
