How "minimum time before booking" works

How "minimum time before booking" works

This refers to how far in advance a customer can make a booking.

Let’s say you set the minimum time before booking to 24 hours.

If a customer goes to your site on January 1, they won’t be able to book a same-day appointment. They’ll have to wait 24 hours and book on January 2.

This is particularly important if your business does not want to accept same-day bookings or needs ample time to prepare for appointments.

The default minimum time before booking is zero minutes, meaning customers can schedule bookings immediately with providers.

To adjust your minimum time before booking, contact your MarketBox representative.
