How do I Manage my Bookings?

As a service provider, you will receive an email notification each day at 3am regarding a break down of your appointments. This will include, the time, location, service, and customer information.

On the day of the appointment, you must:

1) Mark the appointment as Arrived

2) Mark the appointment as Completed or you also have the option to Add an Additional Charge

Example: You can add an additional charge if the client requested more time for their service

This is important because for recurring appointments, the client does not get charged until the provider marks the appointment as completed.

In general, it's important to mark the appointment as arrived and completed as your admin can see the status of the appointment. As well, this ensures that you're paid according to the number of services that you preform on a day to day basis.
