How to Log In as an Admin

After a MarketBox Admin has added you to the system, you should receive a welcome email informing you that an admin login has been created.

1. Visit this address: https://pro.gomarketbox.com/ to login with the temporary password provided in the email.

2. Reset your password using the temporary password in the email.

3. After changing the password, you must add an Address to complete your user profile.

You can then use this site to administer your MarketBox site!

How to Log In as a Provider

After a MarketBox Admin or company admin has added you to the system, you should receive a welcome email informing you that a provider login has been created.

Using the Provider Mobile App

1. You should download the MarketBox Provider Mobile App to your mobile device

2. Once the app is installed, please login using your email address and your temporary password.

3. Reset your password using the temporary password in the email.

Your temporary password expires in 7 days.

4. You will then be able to the access the following:

  • My Profile screen to set up your Provider Profile, including your Services, Skills, Bio, Photo and Locations/Travel Zones.
  • My Bookings screen to view your confirmed bookings.
  • My Booking Requests screen to accept/decline booking requests.
  • My Availability screen to add one or more schedules.
  • My Blocked Times screen to manage your blocked time (i.e. unavailable time).

If you cannot access an Android or iOS device, you can still complete the same steps by visiting https://pro.gomarketbox.com to login with your temporary password.

1. Visit this address: https://pro.gomarketbox.com/ to login with the temporary password provided in the email.

Logging in as a Client

There are two ways to log in as a client: through the admin site and through the customized booking flow.

Logging in as a client through the admin site

After a MarketBox Admin or company admin has added you to the system, you should receive a welcome email informing you that a client login has been created.

3. After changing the password, you must add an Address to complete your user profile.

Logging in as a client through the customized booking flow

During the booking process, before the final step is completed, a client will be directed to page where they can log in with their credentials.

If the client is a guest user who's new to the booking flow, they will be prompted to register a new account.
