With MarketBox, you can easily create virtual appointments with any video conferencing software that you use.
This article will go over how to add personal meeting room links to a Provider's profile and how these links can be accessed for the booking.
Setting Up Personal Meeting Rooms
For Admins
- Login as an Admin.
- Click Providers.
- Under Actions, click Edit Provider.
- Switch 'Offers Virtual Services' to On.
- Enter the Personal Meeting Room link that your provider will be using for their Virtual Appointments.
- Click Save.
For Providers
- Login as a Provider through the Desktop Site.
- Click My Profile.
- Switch 'Offers Virtual Services' to On.
- Enter the Personal Meeting Room link that your provider will be using for their Virtual Appointments.
- Click Save.
Accessing Personal Meeting Rooms
Through the Desktop Site (preferred method)
Admins, Providers, and Clients can access the most up-to-date meeting room through the desktop site.
- Login to the desktop site.
- Click My Bookings (for Admins, click Bookings).
- Click Virtual Appointment under the Booking Location Column.
- Click the Personal Meeting Room link OR click Join.
Through the Order Summary Email
Clients can access the personal meeting room by viewing the Order Summary email that is sent after completing the booking flow. The personal meeting room link can be seen in the Address field.
NOTE: if the Personal Meeting Room link is updated, the link shown in the Order Summary email will NOT reflect the changes.
To access the most up-to-date Personal Meeting Room link, login through the desktop site, navigate to My Bookings (Bookings for Admins), and click Virtual Appointment.
