How To Reschedule An Appointment As An Admin?

We have made it easy to quickly reschedule an appointment upon a client's request.

Note: If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please keep in mind of the company’s cancellation policy as there may be a cancellation fee. 

How To Reschedule An Appointment:

1. Login as an Admin

2. Go to Bookings

3. Filter by Client, Provider, Type of Service, or Date

4. Click Override

5. Select the Provider

6. Select the Location

7. Change the date and time to the new appointment date

8. Click Save: The appointment will be rescheduled to the new date and time selected. Both the client and provider will receive an email notification.
