When a provider fails to arrive at their appointment, an admin can mark the appointment status of a provider as a No Show. The client can mark an appointment as a No Show if the provider fails to arrive at the appointment. Once the status is marked as a No Show, the admin can override the booking and reschedule for a new date.
Marking the No Show As an Admin
1. Login in to your Admin account
2. Go to Bookings
3. Locate the booking (Under Past)
4. Mark the appointment as No Show
5. Override the booking to reschedule
Marking the No Show As a Client
1. Login in to your Client account
2. Go to Bookings
3. Locate the booking (Under Past)
4. Mark the appointment as No Show
5. Contact the Admin to Reschedule the appointment
