Daily agendas are sent out to providers at 3 AM on the morning of the booking(s).
This way your providers wake up to see their schedule for the entire day and can plan accordingly.
An overview of the day means your providers know in advance whether they need to:
- Gas up their vehicles
- Prepare meals or snacks for themselves on particularly busy days
- Check bus routes
- Bring different equipment for varying appointments
Daily agendas should be reviewed every morning to avoid being surprised by bookings.
Be sure to double-check with your providers that they’re receiving these daily agendas!
