Adding or updating provider travel zones

On the Provider Mobile App

On the Provider Mobile App

1. Log in to the Provider Mobile App and navigate to My Locations (bottom-navigation bar).

2. Press the Edit Location Icon (notepad and pencil).

3. Here you can edit the Location Name and Location Description.

4. You can also edit the Address and Travel Zones.

On the Desktop Site

How to add a travel zone (circular)

  1. Log in to your Provider account and navigate to your Profile.
  2. Under Travel Zone Type, ensure Circular Zone is selected.
  3. Press Save.
  4. On the Left-Navbar, go to My Locations and click Add.
  5. Input a travel zone Name, Description, and Address.
  6. Indicate the Maximum Travel Radius.
  7. You can then click on View Travel Zone to see a visual representation of the radius on a map.  

How to add a travel zone (drawn)

  1. Log in to your Provider account and navigate to your Profile.
  2. Under Travel Zone Type, ensure Drawn Zone is selected.
  3. Press Save.
  4. On the Left-Navbar, go to My Locations and click Add.
  5. Input a travel zone Name, Description, and Address.
  6. Click on Draw Travel Zones.
  7. To draw an area, click once on the map to begin your shape, then move your mouse and click to draw your first boundary.
  8. Continue to move and click to outline the remaining boundaries of the area.
  9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to add another travel zone.

You can always start over by clicking Remove Last Zone.

How to edit locations

1. Go to My Locations on the LeftNav bar

2. Find the Travel Zone you want to update and click the Edit icon.

3. Update the Travel Zone Name, Description, or Address.

4. If you’d like to change the Travel Zone Type, you must do so in your Profile.
